    Yea, I took Deca-Durabolin and 1-testoserone for just 2 weeks.... I had to stop because I was just agitated all the time and would easily snap at my daughter for the littlest things. Not worth it to me. I hated how it was making me feel.

    I recently just got into sandbag training, i made my own with the help of my wife and daughter, we got the play sand 50lb sandbag from home Depot and put them in some contractor trash bags and wrap it up with some pro duct tape sandbags are definitely very humbling 😅, that and kettlebells. Awesome videos as always Scott 💪💯

    I do my reverse curls using a preacher curl bench with an easy curl bar. I have a mild golfers elbow injury and this movement does not cause any pain in my left elbow. I combine my reverse curls with hammer curls and reverse wrist curls for this portion of my workout. I had not done reverse curls as part of my workout for some time but have rediscovered them because of my golfers elbow. After only a couple weeks I am already noticing more thickness in my arms because of it. Golfers elbow can take some time to fully heal and the reverse curl is a great replacement at this time for standard curls with a long bar and easy curl bar that I can not do without a little discomfort in my elbow.

    Your videos are amazing for form! When you don't have a lot of time to work out in the week, it makes a HUGE difference when using correct form. I get way beter results now, depite not having the time to go as often as I'd like :)
